Lex S.A is the Cuban Lawyer's Office of Industrial Property more internationally renown. It was created in 1995 and its staff is made up from specialists and technicians that had been in service since 1963 at the Department of Trademarks and Patents of the Chamber of Commerce. There, they provided service on Industrial Property and Copyright.

Our services cover consults service, procedures, researches, register of changes of rights and renewals as well as lawyer's service in case of infringement.
Lex S.A. systematically communicates with its clients to report on the legal status of their registers on the issue of Industrial Property and gives notice in case of any actions that might damage the interest of the represented.
Concerning international relations, Lex, S.A, is a member of the Interamerican Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI) and of the International Association of Industrial Property (AIPPI).
