a ) A copy of the trade mark or commercial name registration certificate, if the domain name to be registered in Cuba coincides with that of the registered trade mark or commercial name. Send via fax number (537) 244533 or E-mail address dominios@lex-sa.com. 

b ) A copy of the trade mark or commercial name registration request if the domain name to be registered in Cuba coincides with that of the registered trade mark or commercial name. Send via fax number (537) 244533. 

c )  Negative search results for trade marks or commercial names identical to the domain name to be registered in Cuba. 

2. We automatically register your domain name with our servers duly validated by CUBANIC. Otherwise, you must expressly request the validation of specific servers through us.
