Requirements: 

1. Summary, description, claims and drawings (sent through E-mail, fax or courrier).

2. Certified copy of priority and its Spanish translation. 

3. Power of attorney signed by the applicant.

4. Certificate of Cession signed by the inventors on behalf of the applicant. 

5. A Spanish translation of all documents must be attached, duly verified and signed by the translator, in accordance with appropriate form.

Additional requirements for applications via PCT:

6. Certificate of Cession of priority right, when priority applicant is other than internationsl stage applicant.

All application documents submitted here must correspond with those submitted for the international application. 

Once application is submitted, documents must be presented within the following terms.

-Pt. 2: Must be submitted within three months of request .Three months 
-Pts. 3,4,5 and 6: The registry will allow 2 months to complete your file prior payment
